1 Functional Design
ProDrill Gang splitting and drilling Rig is modified from a medium-sized excavator. The purpose is to use the excavator as a carrier, install a row drilling rock cracking drill and a pump station assembly,and can perform drilling and rock breaking functions through an external power supply. It can be used for rock drilling, cracking and excavation in mines, marble mines, tunnels, and tunnels.
The equipment sets a splitting cone at the front end of the drilling rig. After drilling to a certain position, the splitting cone follows the drill rod into the hole, and the two wings of the splitting cone are inserted into the hole wall. As the rock drill continuously impacts the hole wall rock for splitting, multiple drilling splitting cones are split according to the set hole position arrangement, and the splitting cracks are connected, which promotes the splitting and crushing of the entire rock.

The drilling rig consists of an excavator connecting frame, a vertical slewing drive, a swing cylinder, a horizontal slewing drive, a drilling rig mounting frame, a propulsion beam, a propulsion cylinder, a hydraulic rock drill and a bracket, drilling tools, a squeezer, a front end drill support, a hydraulic control valve group, etc.
