一、 Lubrication:
At the end of each work and before reuse, please drop 1 - 3ml (white mineral oil+engine oil mixed at 3:1) from the air inlet before starting the machine. When the working time exceeds two hours, drop the same amount of oil every two hours.
二、 Air source:
The pneumatic tools shall ensure to provide clean and dry air and maintain a certain air pressure.
(a) Air compressor: the tool shall be equipped with a standard air compressor, and the air tank shall be exhausted before each work, otherwise the tool will be damaged.
(b) Allowable air pressure: Please use the tool under 70-95PSI air pressure. If it is used under high pressure for a long time, its service life will be shortened and safety may be endangered.
(c) Air leakage: outside the joints of pipes and tools, air leakage will cause energy loss, so the joints should be checked to prevent air leakage.
Lubrication and air conditions are two important factors to ensure the normal use of the tool, so the above two suggestions should be followed to achieve the best use efficiency. It is also recommended to use an air pressure regulator.
三、 Operation:
Push the handle, and the air enters the alkali pressure valve. Then the tool starts to work.
（a）Do not drop the tool, otherwise the cylinder block will be deformed and it will not work.
（b）Do not strike the tool with a hammer or other objects.
