The stabilizer bar surface can be customized with toothed inserts, carbide welds, or other wear-resistant treatments to significantly extend its service life. Supporting multiple thread interfaces such as APIREG, NC, and IF, it offers strong compatibility. Suitable for drilling environments such as directional wells, horizontal wells, deep wells, and complex wells, it is especially recommended for projects with high wellbore quality requirements.
ProDrill™ Swivel bushings are used in wellhead equipment, installed in the center of the rotary table, to support the drill pipe and enable its smooth rotation. They are a key component of the drilling rig's drive system. We offer a variety of specifications and models of rotary bushings to meet the needs of different drilling platforms. Precision milling and turning using CNC equipment ensures that the inner bore coaxiality and outer diameter runout meet API standards. The inner wall of the bushing is made of alloy steel with heat treatment technology, effectively resisting high-intensity friction and downhole corrosive environments. The one-piece forging and heat treatment process provides extremely high pressure and impact resistance.
