PD300S Hydraulic Excavator-Mounted Aurger Drill Rig is designed specifically for solar farm pile drilling, utilizes a 20,000 N·m high-torque power head and high-pressure hydraulic feed system to achieve full-depth drilling of 6 meters in a single pass (Ø300mm hole diameter). It is suitable for fill layer, clay layer, silt layer, silt layer, sand layer, frozen soil layer and strata containing some pebbles and gravel. The core drill bit can also be used to drill gobi desert, gravel layers, weathered rock and other complex formations commonly found in photovoltaic power plants.
Core Advantages (Optimized for Photovoltaic Pile Drilling)
1. High-Efficiency Drilling
6-meter Single-Drilling: Matches the standard depth of photovoltaic piles, eliminating the efficiency loss caused by segmented drilling (50% improvement in efficiency compared to traditional 3-meter drilling).
- High-pressure torque: High torque increases the drilling depth and hole diameter, especially for gravel-rich strata, and the drilling.
2. Pile Hole Accuracy Guarantee
- Swing arm cylinder: The drilling angle can be adjusted for different and complex ground conditions to adapt to different slopes.
- Inclinometer: An inclinometer can be added to display the drilling angle in the cab to ensure verticality of the drilling.
3. Equipment Adaptability
- High-torque rotary power head: With a torque of 20,000 N·m, it can easily penetrate gravel-rich strata and increase the hole diameter to 450mm.
- High-torque lifting motor: It can easily lift the drill and complete the drilling in different soil layers.
4. Construction Cost Efficiency
- Low energy consumption design: Hydrostatic drive, no external power such as air compressor is required for drilling, low energy consumption and high efficiency, especially effective for soil layers.
- Multi-functionality: Excavator can be converted into an auger drill, which enables the traditional excavator to achieve multi-functional conversion and maximize the equipment efficiency.
