ProDrill™ Rotary Tricone Drill Pipes are the core transmission components of large rotary drill rigs (open-pit drill rigs), specifically designed for deep hole drilling. Made of high-strength alloy steel, they integrate power transmission, slag removal and air delivery, and borehole stabilization. Widely used in large-scale rock and soil drilling operations in mining, water conservancy projects, and foundation construction, they are key equipment for achieving efficient, low-consumption, and deep-hole drilling.
Rotary Drilling does not require a hammer. Instead, rotary drilling creates a very large compressive force along the drill string to the drill bit, in combination with rotational movement.
ProDrill™ Rotary Tricone Drill Pipes are made of high-quality materials, and the heat treatment of materials uses multi-functional integrated heat treatment equipment. All threads are processed with professional CNC processing equipment,and all threads are processed and tested with professional thread gauges in line with international industry standards,so the threads are closely matched and the quality of thread matching is improved to the maximum extent.The rotary tricone drill pipe is welded by submerged arc welding or friction welding. Compared with the common welding method,the submerged arc welding has deeper penetration and better weld quality after welding.
