1.PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
The Drilling and Splitting Integrated Machine utilizes the excavator's own hydraulic system. Through modification, it draws hydraulic power from the excavator without impairing its original working performance.
Meanwhile, it cooperates with an external diesel-powered screw air compressor for impact drilling, realizing the integrated operation of rock drilling, hole drilling, and splitting. It boasts numerous advantages such as economic practicality, easy installation, and flexible, convenient,efficient for rock drilling, hole drilling, and splitting.
Additionally, it enables the excavator to achieve multi-functional use,significantly expanding the excavator's application range and improving its operational efficiency.
The DTH (Down-The-Hole) Drilling and Splitting Integrated Machine is the optimal solution for non-explosive and green mining in fields such as mining,municipal engineering, and construction engineering.

4.Excavator connection details required from clients
- Support Excavator: More than 20 tons
- Excavators need to be equipped with hydraulic breaker hammer pipelines.
- Provide the size of the breaker pipeline interface.
- Provide excavator connection dimensions for equipment connection.
- Support Air compressor:≥15/15.
- Install the equipment on the excavator according to the prompts, connect the pipelines and wires, connect the air compressor, and the equipment can work normally.Reference video installation.
